Our track record speaks for itself. We have sold €400million of off-plan property in 16 countries over the last five years all at typically 20% discount to market value. That means we’ve saved our customers over €100million on their investment properties.
As developers, with our investors, we have also raised €150million in our independently regulated Funds and bought land in Croatia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Spain, Turkey and Albania. This experience puts us in an excellent position to structure a deal that ensures healthy returns for everyone.
