I haven't received the verification email.
You can log-in the moment you register, so no need to wait for a verification email. We will however send you a confirmation email following registration. This can take up to an hour for the email to arrive.
What do R2i do with your details?
Your details are encrypted and stored in our secure company database. We have worked very hard to build up a base of investors who trust us and respect the way we operate. Your details will not, under any circumstances, be passed on to any third parties without your permission.
What about data protection?
R2i fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 , ISBN 0 10 542998 8. Your details will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
How do I navigate this site?
We redesigned this site to make it easier to navigate and to make all our information more accessible.
To look around, use the menu at the top of the screen to choose the section you are interested in. From here you can choose the subcategory of that section by clicking on the subjects that appear in the middle of the screen. To return to the main page at any time, simply click on our logo in the top left-hand corner.
How do I register?
There are two ways to register your details with Ready2invest. If you’re on the home page, then fill in the boxes under the Register Now heading to the right of the screen and then click ‘Register now’, which will take you through to the full Registration page.
Alternatively, you can go to the Members section and follow the instructions. It only takes a minute and then all you have to do is hit ‘Submit’. Our systems will then send an activation Email to your email address. When it arrives, open it and click on the link in the body of the email to activate your Ready2invest account. You will then be able to log in using your email address and chosen password.
Why can't I log in?
First of all, make sure you have typed in your email and password correctly. Also make sure that you’ve have activated your account by clicking on the link provided to you when you first registered. If you’ve forgotten your passowrd, then please click ‘Forgotten password’ at the top of the screen underneath the Log In boxes. An email will be sent to you reminding you of your password.
How do I remove myself from R2i's database?
If you wish to remove yourself from Ready2invest's database at any time you need to follow these simple steps:
- Log in as normal.
- Click 'Change user options' in the quick link menu.
- Click on 'Remove Me!' and follow the remaining instructions. Your details will then be deleted from the R2i database and you will no longer receive emails on new deals or special opportunities, we promise. Unless you change your mind and join again, that is Why can't I view the PDF brochures?
PDF is a format which allows high quality documentation to be displayed on a web page. These documents are located on the R2i server. When you initially click on the document, your browser downloads it to your computer and then displays it. These files can be quite large and if you don’t have broadband yet, they can take a bit of time to download.
If you are unable to view these files, then try downloading the latest version of the Adobe viewing software. This is available free and you’ll find it here.
How do I stop receiving emails if I am registered?
If you want to stop receiving bits and pieces from us, please log in to the site and turn off this function via the button located within the 'change user options' section.
What do I do if I have any problems?
If you have any further technical problems, please use the web contact form to contact the technical department directly or, or ring Ready2invest. These details are available in the 'Contact Us' section of the web site.
What is the user options screen?
This screen is accessible by clicking on 'change user options'. Here you can change your personal details, the details of the kind of property you’re looking for, as well as being able to turn Ready2invest emails on and off. You can also check on the status of any outstanding enquiries or seminar reservations you have made.
How do I listen to Podcasts?
To listen to a podcast, just click on the link you want. The podcast will then automatically begin to play. If you don’t have the software to show it, you should be able to download it from the player’s site.
