Our latest deal is a profit-focussed property investment opportunity located in the southern coastal city of Camboriú in Santa Catarina, which has the potential to return a minimum 43% gross profit in just two years from an incredibly low entry price of £14,220 / R$45,500. At this price you can afford to buy two or three units, especially as we’re discounting our fees for multiple purchases.
We have negotiated a 30% discount from the developer’s list price on 100 units within the Colina do Cedro entry-level housing project. If you profited from the property boom in the North of England - mostly associated with the houses constructed for local workers - you may appreciate the potential of getting into this sector of the Brazilian market today. Abramar Inc.
Abramar Inc. has been developing and trading residential projects in Santa Catarina since 1992 and has completed several developments in the Camboriú and Balneário Camboriú region. The company has collaborated with many established construction companies including the region’s largest, Embraed. In 2007, as Abramar’s projects increased substantially in investment size, the company began looking at involving external investors in their larger projects
Director of Operations, Aristides Bertuol Netto was born in Balneário Camboriú and has been developing residential projects in Brazil since 1992, concentrating on ventures in the local up-market areas. He has managed the surveying, buying, permits, planning, developing and sale of over two-dozen real-estate transactions in Santa Catarina.
Director of Finance and Investments, Yannick Rault, has international real estate experience, specifically in entry-level housing. He created Esmihogar, the first estate agency to focus on the sale of entry-level homes in Ecuador to immigrants living in Spain. The company helped dozens of lower income clients obtain a home, arrange mortgage loans and advised developers how to create the right type of entry-level home products for the market. Yannick then planned and coordinated an 8,000 entry level home development currently in construction by InmoFerrocarril S.A. in Ecuador, the largest of its kind in the country.
The ‘O meu Lar’ brand
Abramar Inc. intend to develop more projects in the region and have created the O meu Lar (“It’s my home”) identity for the entry-level brand.
The 219-unit Colina do Cedro development is the first on this scale by the company and while this might seem fairly small in size compared to the local demand, Abramar Inc. is taking the strategic approach of using this development to showcase the potential of O meu Lar before joining with more established developers in the future to work on much larger-scale projects.
