Situated on a picturesque hillside in Camboriú, the 33,000m2 site has views of the high-rises in Balneário Camboriú just 7km away and benefits from an ocean breeze. Initial planning designs envisage Colina do Cedro being made up of at least 219 units, each with a 50m2 gross build area (96m2 plot size). All 100 Ready2invest units will be 2-bedroom homes that have their own parking space and small back yard.
The site has been designed to incorporate several open areas and is surrounded by trees and other green spaces. There will be paved pathways and roads across the site that will reflect those found in the city itself.
Strategic development - clear demand
Entry-level housing developments are usually built on the outskirts of cities, where land is cheaper but also further away from the centres of employment and local services such as supermarkets and hospitals. Colina do Cedro has been strategically located to be between three major hubs of employment.
