Le Fontanelle development is situated on a sun-soaked hillside, 8km from the popular tourist hotspot of San Gimignano. It is formed of three main buildings, built in a converted and restored farmhouse, stable block and barn, in the midst of hectares of wooded land.
The developer is renovating these buildings sympathetically, in keeping with its origins as farm buildings, and in the typical Tuscan style. The materials used will be local and authentic and the external appearance will be of sandy-coloured wall rendering with terracotta roof tiling, and wooden shuttered windows. Each apartment will have its own outdoor space, either a garden area or terrace, and one car parking space.
Each building has several apartments contained within it. The stable block houses apartments 1-8, the barn apartments 9 and 10 and the farmhouse apartments 11-14. Each apartment will have a fitted bathroom and kitchen. The development benefits from a shared swimming pool measuring 15 x 8m with adjoining changing area and space around the pool for your deckchairs! Above the changing area will be a small gym.
