The site
On a gently-rising hillside overlooking the ebb and flow of the Atlantic sits the Gardens of Fedala development. The resort’s unrivalled shore-side position gives stunning views both of the ocean to the front and the mountains ranges behind. Amenities
The feel of this Mirleft development will be easy-going, intimate and safe. The villas
There will be 120 villas, built to the highest standard, of which we have secured 80 for sale in the UK – although these are available to the French market as well, so we expect them to sell fast. There will be a choice of 2-bed villas with outdoor patio space, or 3-bed villas spread over two floors, also with patio space and with a roof terrace. All can be bought with an optional 4.2 x 2.3 metre private pool.
Approaching your villa, you will pass through landscaped gardens of lawns and rose beds. The whitewashed walls, arches and architectural detailing will be very much in keeping with Morocco’s finest homes, giving the development a thoroughly authentic feel.
As you pass through the low garden gate you’ll notice, in the corner of your terrace, a small fountain decorated with zellige – traditional Moroccan mosaic. This outside space and its barbecue area have been arranged in such a way as to give you relaxed privacy.
