Albanian market continues to grow
Owners of property in Albania could be in line to collect strong returns, industry experts have revealed.
Property consultancy Colliers International said house prices in the eastern European country are likely to keep growing over the next few years.
Therefore, investors who enter the market early could see their residence appreciate in value, which would allow them to make a profit should they choose to sell up at a later date.
Phillip Bay, spokesperson for Colliers International, commented: "At this moment, Albania is a good market that should see improvement."
He added that new houses are likely to become available during the next 3 to 5 years, while extra office space, shopping centres and commercial properties are also set to be developed.
This comes after NuBricks.com revealed that the Balkan country is becoming more and more popular with overseas property investors.
The website said this because investors believe there is money to be made in this region.
