Brazil recommended to foreign property buyers
Overseas property buyers have been advised consider purchasing a property in Brazil.
Samuel Lieber, head of the Alpine International Real Estate Equity Fund, stated that the South American country was becoming a highly popular choice among foreign investors.
Speaking to Bloomberg, he said Brazilian property was in strong demand from real estate buyers in countries such as the US.
Commenting on the country, Mr Lieber told the news provider that it was "potentially the most interesting market in the world.''
Brazil has also become a highly sought-after investment market due to its growing popularity as a holiday destination, especially among people from places such as Europe.
Earlier this month, the Sun newspaper said the country was attracting an increased number of holidaymakers, partly because of its good climate and deserted beaches.
A growing tourist trade will be likely to boost interest among foreign property buyers, due to the potential for earning high rental yields.
