Brazil recommended to property investors
Overseas property investors have been advised to consider investing in the Brazilian market.
US-based publication NuWireInvestor stated that the South American country offered a wide variety of investment opportunities.
Potential buyers were told that Brazil was a good option to consider because it was becoming increasing popular with holidaymakers.
This was said to have led to strong demand for properties in areas such as Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, leading to a surge in prices.
NuWireInvestor also stated that favourable economic conditions in Brazil were prompting the government to try to attract overseas property buyers to other parts of the country as well.
The publication commented: "The growing success of its economy is reflected in the government's efforts to attract foreign investment, especially in development of the north-east coastal areas of Brazil."
This comes after the World Tourism Organisation found that the amount spent by holidaymakers in the country has risen by a third in the last year.
