Construction in Bulgaria 'aided by technological improvements'
An increase in construction in Bulgaria has gone hand in hand with the development of new technology, according to one expert.
Management board director at BMG Kiril Balabanov said that construction costs have been lowered by 40% in some cases due to the enhanced products that have hit the market in recent times, reports the Sofia Echo.
Additionally, such advances in technology have ultimately lowered construction time as well, news that may be of interest to potential property investors in the country.
Qualifications are also not needed for workers to use new products because of ease of use, Mr Balabanov argued.
Equipment and products such as the ICF have grown in popularity over the last 3 decades or so, the publication stated. Furthermore, ICF is very strong and can be used to build residential properties, the organisation noted.
