Entrepreneur plans new developments
A new real estate project is being planned by the businessman Florentin Banu in Timisoara in Romania, according to new reports.
The development is set to include 150 flats and will cost around 10 million euros (£6.7 million), reports zf.ro.
In addition, the entrepreneur also claimed that he wants to begin building a new housing complex in 2008 that will feature another 250 apartments.
He said that he is targeting the market specifically as there are real opportunities for property investors in the country.
"The impact of the first real estate investment, which is still underway, has persuaded us to continue to make the most of this market. The homes we are building target middle class buyers, and this real estate segment continues to grow," he told the paper.
Moreover, the publication also recently reported that those who have invested in land since 1989 in Romania are starting to enjoy real financial rewards.
