House prices will stop falling by the end of the year
The Chief Economist at RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) said that he expected house prices to stop falling by the end of the year. He believes that prices will stabilise from the middle of the year and that the total house price drop will be around 25%-30%.
