Investors advised to buy in Brazil
Overseas property investors have been encouraged to consider entering the Brazilian market.
The South American country was highlighted by independent analysts Amberlamb as a location that offered investors that chance to collect high returns.
According to the organisation, Brazil is proving to be so popular with foreign property buyers that prices have risen significantly in recent years.
This means that investors could potentially sell their house on at a significant profit at some point in the future.
Amberlamb commented: "There has been so much hype and that hype has been found to be based on actual facts and fantastic fundamentals."
The organisation added that since areas away from the coast had been largely untapped, this could be the subject of strong demand in the next few years.
Earlier this month, Brazil was tipped to be a highly popular location among overseas property investors in 2008 by currency specialist HiFX.
