Montenegrin rental market to benefit from tourism
The potential to earn strong rental yields in Montenegro could be set for a further boost this year, a media report has suggested.
According to the Southeast European Times, the country is becoming more and more popular with international leisure travellers.
Montenegro was said to be especially popular with Russian holidaymakers, many of whom are opting to book their holidays very early in the year.
This suggests that there is growing demand for rental accommodation across the nation, as visitors will require temporary lodgings.
As a result, it may attract further attention from foreign property investors who want to collect healthy returns.
The Southeast European Times reports that the country is already attracting interest from overseas property buyers, particularly in Russia.
Montenegro was recently praised by Amberlamb for offering a number of attractions, including straightforward property ownership rules and a government which actively encourages foreign investment.
