Montenegrin tourism boosts appeal to investors
Montenegro's rapidly expanding tourism sector is making it very attractive to overseas property buyers, experts have revealed.
Independent analysts at Amberlamb said the nation's holiday industry is currently "booming and thriving".
This, it stated, has been driven by developments such as the news that direct flights from London will be launched by Montenegro Airlines next month.
Furthermore, the eastern European country's profile was said to have been boosted by its recent inclusion in a James Bond film.
Amberlamb commented: "It is emerging as an attractive place for foreign investors to place their cash into real estate and tourism projects in particular."
The organisation added that Montenegro has become especially popular with investors from Russia, the US and the UK.
This comes after the Foreign Property Buyer website said that imminent accessibility improvements are causing some investors to get very "excited" about the country.
