Morocco 'is becoming more popular'
Morocco is becoming more and more popular with foreign property buyers, experts have revealed.
Independent analysts at Amberlamb said the "positive fundamentals" that are in place in Morocco have helped make it a very attractive investment option.
The organisation stated that the interest in the country was being generated by factors such as its rising house prices and strong tourist market.
This was said to have made it attractive to both investment buyers and those who want a second home overseas, as well as expatriates.
Amberlamb commented: "The nation is of serious and increasing interest to UK-based purchasers."
The group added that tourism in the country is likely to keep increasing, further boosting the likelihood for investors to collect strong returns.
According to official figures, Morocco attracted more than seven million visitors last year.
However, the government is aiming to boost this figure to ten million by 2010.
