Morocco recommended for "adventurous" investors
Property investors with a taste for emerging destinations have been advised to consider Morocco.
Chosen by John Howell of the International Law Partnership as one of 2009's top ten overseas investment spots, Morocco is described by countrylife.co.uk as a "more adventurous location" which could reward investors willing to stray off the beaten track.
According to the website, the advantages of investing in Morocco are many, with the north African nation relatively accessible for people based in Europe.
The country also enjoys a warm climate for most of the year and is benefiting from major government investment in infrastructure projects.
In addition, there are three separate but equally attractive property markets in Morocco the Mediterranean area, Atlantic coast and Marrakesh.
