Morocco recommended to investors
Overseas property buyers have been advised to consider investing in the Moroccan market.
The north African country was recommended as a potential location by Canadian newspaper the Financial Post, which said people could get good returns on their purchase.
Commenting on Morocco's investment potential, the publication stated that its economy experienced growth of 8.1% last year, up from 2.4% in 2005.
Furthermore, it said that the appeal of places such as Marrakech among holidaymakers had led to the government investing in a series of infrastructure improvements.
The Financial Post highlighted a number of ongoing projects, such as new high-speed rail links and the development of a new airport terminal.
This comes after Morocco was highlighted by the Independent as a potentially good investment spot because it offers warm temperatures all year round.
