New development in Romania
A property developer has announced that it is to build a new retail venue in the centre of Romania.
Plaza Centres says that the opportunity in Miercurea Ciuc will probably cost around 16 million euros (£10.7 million) in terms of investment, reports AFX.
Features of the centre are set to include a 16,000 m² retail area alongside a massive car parking space.
Moreover, property developers may be interested to learn that the new project is the 3rd such deal by Plaza Centres in 8 months.
Chief executive of the company Ran Shtarkman says that the firm is looking to expand even further in Romania.
'With works already under way at Casa Radio in Bucharest, we are very excited at the prospect of pushing our other schemes within our Romanian development portfolio forward as quickly as possible," he tells the publication.
In related news, property prices in Bucharest have risen per m² by 27% during the first quarter, according to anuntul.ro.
