Tennis star 'swapping Mallorca homes'
Boris Becker, the famous tennis star, is to sell his property on Mallorca in favour of a smaller one elsewhere on the island.
Currently, he resides in a 4-bedroom house plus guesthouses with 75 acres of land, but now wishes to downsize, reports Homes Worldwide.
The luxurious development also includes a number of other facilities, such as an adventure playground, basketball and tennis courts and is believed to be worth in the region of about £10 million.
Mr Becker is now considering the purchase of a smaller development on the island, possibly in the Son Vida area.
There are a number of places on Mallorca where property can be bought for about 150,000 euros (£101,429), the publication stated.
Other famous names attracted to investments in Spain include the Claudia Schiffer, the model.
Winning three Wimbledon singles' titles, Boris Becker was one of the most successful tennis players of his generation.
