Thomsonfly launches new Dubrovnik routes
People looking to invest in the Croatian property market could be boosted by Thomsonfly's announcement that it is now providing regular low fare flights to Dubrovnik.
The airline will offer three flights per week from London Luton airport to the picturesque coastal town, while people in the north of England will be able to travel from Manchester, where four flights per week are currently available.
Already providing flights to the Croatian town of Pula from Manchester and London Gatwick, the latest addition to Thomsonfly's programme is likely to further increase the interest of British investors in Croatian property.
Editor of a Place in the Sun magazine Matt Havercroft recently commented that the availability of budget airline routes is "clearly an important consideration" for people looking to rent out holiday homes, in an interview with the Nubricks overseas property news blog.
The islands lining Croatia's coast have been praised by visitors to the area, with many commenting on the unique and relatively unspoilt beauty of destinations such as Hvar and Brac.
