UAE offers good investment climate
Overseas property investors could take advantage of favourable market conditions in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), experts have stated.
According to ShelterOffshore.com, the real estate market in the eastern European country is currently "thriving".
This is despite the fact that many other countries across the world have been negatively affected by the ongoing credit crisis, which has created pressure on inflation and various mortgage markets.
The website said the UAE has performed strongly because these issues have led to local investors reining in their overseas ventures.
As a result, many are choosing to stay closer to home and are therefore encouraging growth in the domestic market.
ShelterOffshore.com said: "Each emirate is worth closer inspection by would-be property investors."
The website added that the growth of tourism in the UAE has also helped boost the country's appeal to foreign investors.
According to Exchange Bond, British and Irish residents now own up to 3.81 million foreign properties.
